PEEK Natural 450G Rod is a premium-grade engineering plastic developed for components that must perform reliably under demanding mechanical, thermal and chemical conditions. As an unfilled PEEK material, it combines high strength and stiffness with excellent dimensional stability, even when exposed to elevated temperatures or repeated changes in operating conditions.
The material is well suited to precision machining, allowing it to be manufactured into complex parts such as bearing cages, pump components, valve seats, manifolds, rollers and electrical connectors. Its resistance to aggressive chemicals, steam, hydrolysis and wear makes it a dependable choice for applications where conventional plastics may not provide sufficient durability.
Manufactured from VICTREX PEEK 450G, a widely recognised high-performance polymer grade, this rod provides consistent material quality and dependable performance in critical applications.
