PEEK GF30 adds rigidity and improved resistance to deformation under sustained load, making it useful when stiffness and dimensional stability are priorities.

Choosing a grade and diameter

Select the grade for the job your finished part must do, then choose a rod diameter and length that leave enough material for machining. If the component will run against another surface, check the grade carefully: glass fibres in GF30 can abrade some mating materials.
