Shipping policy

Dispatch Time
We can usually dispatch our products same day the orders are received for in stock items.
The dispatch time for none - stock items is approximately 5 to 10 days.
Specialist or custom fastenings will have arranged lead times.

 

Shipping Time
The shipping time is dependent on the courier used:
UK
UPS - provides delivery in 1-2 working days from dispatch.
Europe
DPD - provides delivery in 3-4 working days from dispatch.
Rest of the world
An appropriate international courier will be used to fulfil your order, we will notify you before shipping your order. Approx 4-6 working days from dispatch.

Shipping Cost
Our shipping charges are a flat rate to ensure your order is delivered without issue:
UK
UPS - standard rate £7.50

 

Tracking
The tracking number will be provided once the order is recieved and the parcel has been shipped. 

 
VAT
All UK customers will have to pay VAT on our products. All prices featured on our website are excluding VAT. 

VAT will be added to the order when the checkout is reached.
